However, surplus if any arising out of any of the activities of the Trust will be reinvested solely for the attainment of objectives of the Trust and will not be distributed either directly or indirectly for the benefit of the Trustees.

To undertake and promote the publication & translation of journal, research papers and books and to develop the audiovisual program to disseminate knowledge pertaining to the objectives of the trust. To accept any donation, contribution grant or subscription in cash or in kind, from any person(s) body of persons or trust, with or without conditions.

To apply the whole or any part of the income of the trust, or the trust fund or accumulations there to, to any one or more of the objects of the trust, as the trustees may, in the indiscretion, deem fit from time to time.

To engage or make provision for the engagement of any person (including all or any of the Trustees and committees or administrator or managing Trustees or otherwise) for the purpose of the administration of the Trust in such manner and subject to such rules and regulation as the Trustees may prescribe and also to engage or provide for the engagement.

To make, vary, alter or modify schemes, rules and regulations for carrying out the objects of the Trust and for the management of the affairs thereof and/or running any institution in further once of the objects of the Trust and otherwise for giving effect to the objects of the Trust.

To start, abolish, discontinue and restart any charity of charitable institutions for the benefit of general public and to impose any conditions to any subscription or donation made by them.

To set a part and/or allocate the whole or a part of the income or the corpus of the Trust Fund or part thereof for any of the objects of the Trust.

To join, co-operate or amalgamate this trust with other or others having kindred or  allied  objects,  upon  such  terms  and  conditions  as  the trustees may in their discretion think fit, particularly having regard to and in conformity with the objects and nature of this Trust.

To give aid by way of donations out of the income or the corpus of the Trust Fund or otherwise, to different charitable in situations, societies, organizations or Trusts in India which may have been established or which may here in after be established for the like charitable purposes mentioned in these presents or any of them to enable such in situation, societies, organization or Trustees to start maintain, or carry out such charitable objects.

To apply to the Government, public bodies, urban, local municipal, district and other bodies, corporation, companies, or persons for and to accept grant of money and of aid, donations, gifts, subscriptions, affiliation and other assistance with a view to promote the objects of the Trust and to discuss and negotiate with the Government Departments, public and other bodies corporations, companies or persons, scheme and other work and matters with in the objects of the Trust and to put to any proper condition up on which such grants and other payments may be made.

To take over or amalgamate with any other charitable trust, trustee, association, or in situation with similar objects.

To take over, acquire, manage, control or aid any existing in situation or institutions having objects either wholly or in part similar to  the objects of this Trust and on such terms and conditions as may be though tax pediment.

To work for the welfare of trust neglected and martingales people.

To protest and fight against the injustice against people.

To encourage and promote family welfare activities among needy people.

To aid or establish any in situation technical or otherwise, to promote education of art, Science or other related fields for the benefit of down trodden and weaker sections of the trust.

To arrange and provide medical aid and other assistance necessary for living to the needy people who are in capable or handicapped or mentally/physically retarded and financially unfit.

To start and assist the relief measures in those parts of the country which become effected to natural calamities like famine, fire flood, earthquakes etc.

To communicate and coordinate with the Govt. Local and public authorities on various issues related to development welfare and public interest on different subjects.

To construct, maintain,   alter, improve or develop any building belonging to the trust or works necessary or convenient for purpose of the trust.

To arrange  /  establish  and  maintain  centers  of  adult  education, vocational education technical training, low cost education, formal & non-formal education.

To fight against communicable diseases.

To aware people about various social issues to fight against evils.

To issue appeals raise funds and accept gifts, donation subscriptions in cash or in kind and any property either movable or immovable for the achievement of the objective of the trust.

To acquire, purchase or otherwise own or under take on loan or lease or hire temporarily or permanently and movable or immovable property necessary or convenient for the furtherance of the objects of the trust.

To organized and take-up Health, Educational and Welfare programmer for needy & poor Women & Children.

To promote and protect Indian Traditional music, dance, handicraft, handlooms, Art, modern art & literature.

To support  the  families  and  relatives  of  artists  for  promoting  the budding artists in the trust;

To establish an award for the deserving people in the field of Music, Art grass root level social service, communal harmony, brotherhood and peace.

To encourage the emerging artists and their talents so that they can get proper recognition within and beyond the country.

To establish center(s) for the promotion of Music, Dance and other Arts.

To establish residential and non-residential cultural centers for promoting Music, Dance and other Arts.

To work for Environmental Protection, Forestation, Plantation, Waste Land Management.

To organized vocational training for women and needy people.

To organized awareness camps, health camps, March, workshops, campaign and exhibition.

To aware people about their democratic & fundamental rights.

To promote cottage industries, Khadi, and traditional handicraft.
